Fifteen yellow-fleshed sweetpotato accessions have been selected from the total sweetpotato collection conserved by CIP. The selection criteria were based on morphological characteristics, mainly flesh and skin color, and also included availability for national and international distribution. The goal is to increase the use of sweetpotato germplasm collection for farmers and breeders.

Subset de camotes amarillos Se han seleccionado 15 accessiones de camote de pulpa amarilla del total de la collection de camote que conserva el CIP. Los criterios de seleccion se basaron en características morfológicas principalmente color de la pulpa y la piel y tambien se incluyo la disponibilidad para distribución nacional e internacional. El objetivo es aumentar el uso del germoplasma de camote para agricultores y mejoradores.
