This subset contains 12 accessions used to differentiate Colletotrichum lindemuthianum races. They were selected during the development of a binary system for the designation of races. If found susceptible to a particular race, each genebank accessions contributes a particular value to the overall susceptibility score, which is the sum of all accession values.
