obtained by Ed Broders (IA BR E) from Dolores Latta, Muscatine, IA. Latta's great-great grandparents, Francis and Wilhelmina Brockman, brought the variety to the U.S. in 1852 from Paderborn, Germany. The family settled in Johnson Co, IA the next year. Named after the Brockman's daughter Amelia (aka Molly)
