Genesys welcomes the National Genebank of Zambia as a new data provider of sweet potato accession data.
Passport data for 261 new accessions of Ipompea batatas is now available in Genesys, after the National Plant Genetic Resources Center (NPGRC) of Zambia signed a data provider agreement with the Crop Trust.
Genesys and Crop Trust thank NPGRC for their efforts in conserving this crop, crucial for food and nutritional security in many parts of the world.
