A new Genesys Uploader is now available for download!
Genesys software was upgraded on 8 July 2023 to implement OAuth 2.1, which means the way you log in to Genesys is slightly modified. This change of authentication protocol affects all users of Genesys APIs, including the Genesys Uploader.
Make sure to download and use the latest version – the 2.0. Older releases of the Uploader are not compatible with the current Genesys.
