The genesysr package is updated in line with recent changes to how you log in to Genesys.
The Genesys upgrade earlier in July changed the way you log in. This change of authentication protocol affects all users of Genesys APIs, including the genesysr package.
Our R package at https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/genesysr/ version 2.0.0 is now available, it features the upgrades required to authenticate using OAuth 2.1.
