Our team resumed the webinar series for Genesys partners in 2024. In this series, we showcase how to prepare a trait data file for upload, and introduce the new uploading method that makes trait data searchable in Genesys.
The first session took place on February 2. Watch the recording here in case you missed it, and stay tuned for the step-by-step documentation in an upcoming article.
The training will continue on February 20, giving you time to practice and come back with questions. The third session on trait data is scheduled for February 29, and this is where we will purposely demonstrate some of the common pitfalls, how they impact the upload, and how to avoid them.
