Characterization data of NPGRL yam accessions
This dataset contains characterization data of yam accessions collected in the Philippines and conserved at NPGRL. NPGRL regenerates and characterizes germplasm aiming to provide morphological information to its plant breeding users. Characterization is performed on a project-basis manner, giving priority to accessions originally collected in the Philippines. Yam characterization descriptors were from the IITA/IPGRI descriptors for yam (1997).
