Caracterización morfológica de 166 accesiones de tomate en CATIE (2008-2010)

El CATIE posee importantes colecciones de recursos genéticos, las cuales se encuentran bajo un acuerdo con el Órgano Rector del Tratado Internacional sobre Recursos Fitogenéticos para la Alimentación y Agricultura. Una de estas colecciones es la colección de tomate, la cual cuenta con 421 accesiones.

Este set de datos contiene datos de caracterización tomados durante el periodo comprendido entre Marzo 2008 hasta Diciembre 2010. En total, 166 accesiones de Solanum lycopersicum y S. pimpinellifolium fueron regeneradas y caracterizadas en CATIE (finca Cabiria, Turrialba, a 608 msnm). La caracterización se realizó siguiendo la lista de descriptores definida por IPGRI.
