Characterization data of 223 rice bean (Vigna umbellata) accessions that were characterized between 2013 and 2015 from the WorldVeg genebank collection following the WordlVeg GRSU record sheet for Vigna radiata, V. mungo, Vigna umbellata that was published in 2017. The terms of variant were given and followed by accession number to represent two traits of seed, which are seed coat cluster and seed coat color.
