Finger millet diversity tree
A diversity tree is a representation of the overall structure of crop diversity obtained by dividing the diversity within a crop genepool in a hierarchical manner. The original idea was proposed by Van Treuren et al (2009) The structure of the tree is based on published information and consultation with experts.
The matching of the accessions in Genesys to the groups in the tree was made with the data accessed in Genesys on 18/01/2021.
