Eggplant diversity tree

A diversity tree is a representation of the overall structure of crop diversity obtained by dividing the diversity within a crop genepool in a hierarchical manner. The original idea was proposed by Van Treuren et al (2009) The structure of the tree is based on published information and consultation with experts.

This diversity tree was developed as part of the development of the Global Conservation Strategy for the conservation and use of eggplants
